Hol Horse

[Crowe's on the porch, reading as usual. He seems blissfully unawares. DAMN THAT SLACKER.]

[He steps outside for a moment and eyes Crowe carefully. Usually he doesn't go out of his way to seek out his housemates.]

From:

[Crowe blinks at him for a moment, confused. There was a lot wrong with this.]

....I-I'm sorry?

From:

[Beware, Crowe! The Emperor is summoned and injury could very well just be a pull of the trigger away!]

From:

[That gives Crowe a start. He remembers that move from back in March, during their little showdown.] A-Are you mad? What's gotten into you?

[Wouldn't you know? His hand seems to relax, and flex, like he's doing hand exercises. Don't be fooled, The Emperor is still right there, casually being twirled around his finger.]

I didn't mean -- nevermind. Since when do you care about me doing chores? This is ridiculous, Hol.

[Still looking unsure here. This is pretty weird.]

[Riza heard the chattering on the front porch, and poked her head out the front door, dressed for work. She was going to say good morning, but not when she saw the look on Crowe's face. Instead:]

Is everything all right?

From:

[Crowe stands now, and his eyes only stray to Riza for a second before locking back on to Hol.]

I don't know. I don't know what's gotten into him.

From:

[He pauses and looks to Rika...

[A smile ... and then a gunshot. Looking at Rika... meant his attention was now focused on her... which meant the bullet would turn around...

[She hadn't even noticed the way Hol had been positioning his hand; she should have known better. She pulled away, moving just fast enough to only get clipped in the shoulder. She pulled her gun and aimed at Hol, eyes narrowed. No shooting allowed.]

What do you think you're doing?!

[ooc: I hope it's okay...she's kind of like..in the doorway. She can ultimately end up dead since she can't see Hol's weapon, but not first thing. If it's not okay I can re-write! <3]

[Crowe doesn't waste any time. As soon as the shot rings out, Crowe lunges forward. Since Hol is now facing Riza, Crowe punches Hol on the back of the head with all he's got, which is surprisingly a whole hell of a lot. He's aiming to knock Hol out.]

[There was a heavy blow to the back of his head, and it should've knocked him out. Instead, he staggers forward a couple of steps, and seems unsteady. He doesn't seem to be angry at all. Nope, he's keeping that overall chipper attitude... and right now? It's hard to tell if The Emperor is still out in the open.]

[Hol staggering forward gave her the opportunity to grab him; she wrenches his arm behind him, wishing that she could see his gun and not just remember which hand he was holding it with.]

[ooc: YES Crowe go fight win! I know Hol could still shoot us (I think he could anyway) but teamwork!]

[Oh, hand behind the back now? Good. This gives Crowe the opportunity to ram a knee into Hol's stomach, hoping to make him double over to get him face down on the ground easier.]

Hold his hands! The gun is-- magic o-or something, it's invisible!

[Well, it seemed that it worked! To a point. While he was now doubled over, it was his other hand that flexed to summon the Stand.]

From:

[Riza saw him move his other hand, and swung her other arm around to pull his arm behind his back. There will be no more shooting, at least, no more threatening of Crowe--not if she could help it. Seeing as Hol was so much taller than her, she's almost completely against his back to try and hold him.]

Hol, stop it!

From:

Get him on the ground! We can... W-We can tie his hands or something. Hol, what the bloody hell is wrong with you?

[Crowe didn't want to leave until he knew Hol was done shooting.]

From:

[As long as he's able to grip that Stand of his, he can fire it at any given moment.]

From:

[And if she knew enough about said Stand, she'd have reconsidered pushing him down with her weight on top of him. Either way, that's what she does--or attempts to do, anyway, seeing as it would take all of her weight to keep him down.]

We need something to tie his hands, Crowe.

From:

[Crowe isn't exactly sure how his Stand works either. But he nods at Riza.]

Right, I-I'll get something. Stay on him!

[And off he darts towards the garage. It's a good thing he's fast.]

From:

[Best be quick about, because the fellow finally regains his strength and tries to shake Riza off his back.]

From:

[Riza struggled to hold him down, blood loss slowly starting to get to her from being hit in the shoulder. She jams her elbow into the base of the back of his neck, hoping the move stuns him enough to buy Crowe the time to come back with rope.]

Really, Hol...we'd much rather not hurt you.

From:

[Crowe comes dashing back, with a shortish length of nylon rope on hand. It's not exactly something they have a lot of lying around. He tosses it to Riza and then takes over holding Hol down, since he can see she's bleeding pretty well. He should be strong enough to keep Hol down, hopefully.]

From:

[Hol keeps smiling, like nothing at all is happening. When Crowe takes over keeping him down, he struggles a bit more.]

From:

[Riza takes the rope and ties it as tight around his wrists as she can, wincing slightly as she does so. She keeps a knee on his back as she ties him down for extra pinning-power.]

Quiet, Hol.

[He looks at Riza, still trying to hold him down.] What should we do with him?

From:

[Now, while his wrists may be tied, it's his hands they have to worry about.]
