Which has led me to believe that, either some are being selfish and greedy, not that I blame you, or tobacco doesn't seem to exist here.

Ummm excuse me but, if you can hear me, it's really hard to find things like cigarettes here.

Since nobody runs or makes things anymore, people only have what they come with or things that aren't rotten or ruined. If there are cigarettes around, you might have to trade for them.

Oh! Uh, I work at the Northern Lights bar and I see people smoking in there a lot... Ah, my boss Shinji is always trading for cigarettes when he needs them.
